Shipping
All UK orders are sent by Royal Mail 1st Class or Parcelforce depending on weight. All International orders are sent via Airsure or Parcelforce / General Parcel depending on weight.
In the unlikely event that you do need to return goods to us, please help speed up the procedure by following our guidelines.
You need to return the goods to us before we can replace them or reimburse you. Please contact us by emailing return@pottery4u.co.uk for a returns authorisation number before returning items to us.
Cancelation
Should you wish to cancel your order, please notify us within 3 working days.
Damaged / Faulty Goods
If an item is received damaged within 21 days of the date of invoice, please return it immediately to us in its original packaging and in its original condition for exchange or refund. Under no circumstances must items be continued to be used when damaged, as you will have been deemed to have accepted the goods in their damaged condition.
Returns
You can claim a full refund or exchange (less postage and packing) on any item purchased from our mail order department if it is returned to us in good condition and in its original packaging within 21 days.
Refunds and exchanges may only be processed when the returned items have been received by us. We recommend you obtain a certificate of posting from the Post Office and consider insuring your parcel in order that you can claim for any loss or damage, as we are unable to compensate for parcels that are damaged or mislaid in transit. Please ensure that all items returned are appropriately packaged to prevent damage in transit. Refunds will be made directly to the person/company that originally paid for the goods, either by cheque or by credit card according to the original payment method. Please note that Postage and Packing will only be refunded for faulty/damaged or incorrectly supplied item
